I’ll support you in the work needed to heal and become whole
Therapy is a space for growth—even when that growth feels messy or overwhelming.
Making changes in your life can feel scary, but it’s also an opportunity to reconnect with yourself. I believe therapy is a journey of self-discovery—of learning to trust your inner voice, find calm in the chaos, and move forward with clarity and purpose.
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in New York and New Jersey, with a BA in Psychology and an MSW from Silberman School of Social Work. Over the past 8 years, I’ve supported individuals from all walks of life through anxiety, trauma, ADHD, life transitions, and relationship challenges. My work is grounded in an integrative approach, combining cognitive-behavioral, mindfulness-based, somatic, and psychodynamic therapies to fit your unique needs.
My focus is on helping adults build psychological flexibility and take meaningful, value-driven action. Therapy with me is active, collaborative, and rooted in honesty, humor, and compassion. I’m not the kind of therapist who simply nods and agrees—I’m here to challenge you gently, celebrate your progress, and help you make real, lasting changes.
If you’re ready to dive in, I’m here to help you make the most of it. Together, we’ll work toward the version of your life that feels more aligned—with your values, your strengths, and your sense of self.
